Huge happy birthday to our favorite 8 year old!!!! So excited to continue watching you grow and learn!!! When life gets stressful - frequent garden breaks are necessary…. #garden #dietitiansinthegarden #fallgarden Happy #FNCE to everyone! Seriously one of my favorite times of year and although I was a little apprehensive to go so far from home - this year hasn’t disappointed! Loving getting to see so many friends, colleagues and students here along with getting to go to some amazing events and sessions! #fnce2023 #dietitian #dietitianlife #dietitianapproved How AI is being used in the food industry! Searching for our endless summer… @mikezourdos Yesterday I got the opportunity to watch my little brother @trumpetown live out one of his childhood dreams, playing for the American Ballet Theater (ABT) at Lincoln Center. Although he has now done it numerous times - it was my first time seeing him do it. The whole experience was surreal. @trumpetown - you live out your dream every day. You worked so hard for this. I can’t describe how proud I am of you. @alli_ruppe it was so great hanging out with you yesterday too and sharing this experience with you! Xxoo #proudsister Want your summer basil to actually last all summer long? Hoping for big bushy basil plants this year? The key to growing amazing basil is regular pruning! By regularly pruning your basil - you are preventing the plant from forming flowers. Flower formation prevents the plant from growing new leaves and from bushing out. By trimming the plant at the junction where the new leaves are forming - you can guarantee healthy long lasting bushy basil all summer long! Perfect for your summer pesto! Made some serious garden progress yesterday! 🪴 So excited for the finished flood-proof garden! Anyone else or just me?? 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️
