My lettuce is trying hard to go to seed already with this hot weather… 🥵 but my tomatoes 🍅 are coming in strong! First attempt at Pavlova. Topped it with homemade mocha whip cream, lemon curd, fresh fruit and some powdered sugar! Waking up this morning to some chocolate banana bread with espresso ganache icing… Since the weather will be AMAZING and cool this weekend - just throwing this up here! Golden, flaky, buttery deliciousness. Check out this croissant bread 🥐 I made over the weekend using the @sallysbakeblog recipe. So. Good. I may be a little late to the party but as I start to put together my Spring syllabi, I am also planning out my gardening and baking goals for 2023!! What is on your list? Baby tomatoes. Goals for 2023. Interested in a PhD in Dietetics and Nutrition
